Our Story
Owner Jason Arsenault spent 15 years as a police officer, working closely with K9 units in tracking, obedience, and specialized training. His journey began long before that—growing up in a home where his father served in the RCMP K9 unit and passing down that love for dogs.
While most trainers treat dog training as a side job, Jason made it his full-time career. Since founding Arsenal in 2012, he has:
- Trained with elite professionals in Germany, Belgium, the USA, and Canada
- Helped thousands of dogs and owners across Western Canada
- Created a lifetime support system through the SKOOL Community
- Developed real-world training programs that go beyond “cookie-cutter” obedience
Our Team
We’re not a big commercial boarding facility—we’re a privately owned, growing academy built on relationships. Our trainers come from diverse backgrounds but share one mission: to help you and your dog live better together.
Each trainer receives in-house training and brings unique skills to the team, from behavior modification to working dog programs. Our staff has worked with everything from family pets to high-drive working dogs in personal protection and law enforcement.
